This job proves cheapest is not always best. The customer had a very tight timeframe to move in and needed a whole heating system, 2 new bathrooms and kitchen plumbing. SC Duncan were not the cheapest, but as we provided some great advice, support and had amazing reviews to back up our word the customer went with us. All was completed on time and to a great standard and we received a 5* review for it!
Our customer had a failed Warm Air Heating system and urgently needed to have a full new system installed the SCD team attended and surveyed the work. It is important the needs of the customer are met – so we understood the requirement to be efficient, reliable and costs effective. We put a 2 man team on the job and the system was done in no time and left one very happy warm customer.
Our local Stevenage customer had their system flushed about 2 years ago and this was not done properly. The system was not working properly and some radiators didn’t work at all. SC Duncan got the call 3 days before Xmas and arrived to do a powerflush using our extremely powerful CF90 machine and also with an inline magnacleanse to remove the muck. 7 Hours later the system was working and all of the radiators were too hot to touch – a great job and a happy customer.
